Everything on this site is written so you can act on it yourself. The domain check tells you what is wrong, what it means, and the exact record that fixes it. If you can paste a DNS record, you do not need to hire anybody.

Plenty of people would rather not. That is what the partners are for.

What vetted means

Two conditions, and both are checkable facts rather than opinions. Every partner is a registered company, not an individual working informally. And every partner is registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 — because fixing a domain or a mail system means being trusted inside your business, and a firm that has registered as a data handler has accepted legal obligations about how it treats what it sees there.

What they handle

Domain and DNS configuration, email authentication, and the websites that sit on top of both — including cleaning up after a compromise. A hacked site is a domain problem as much as a website one: it sends mail in your name, and it is your name your customers see on it.

Why they are not listed here

Because an introduction beats a directory. When you write, I match your problem to the right partner and introduce you to them by name — you will know exactly who they are before any work starts. What this page will not do is become an advertising surface, and a public list is where that starts.

How it works

Run the domain security check if you have not — it names the problem precisely, which makes the match better. Then write to me and choose “I need someone to fix it” as the topic. I reply with an introduction to the partner I would use for that job. From there the work, the price and the agreement are between you and them.

One thing you should know

Today I am paid nothing for these introductions — no fee, no commission, nothing. That is likely to change: I intend to put the network on a flat yearly listing fee, the same whether I introduce one client or twenty. What I will not do is take a payment per referral, because that would give me a reason to want your results to be worse. If the fee starts, this page says so on the day it does. You are free to use anyone else, and every fix the check recommends is on the page, free, whether you hire anybody or not. My commercial interests in full.
