Everything on this site is written so you can act on it yourself. The domain check tells you what is wrong, what it means, and the exact record that fixes it. If you can paste a DNS record, you do not need to hire anybody.

Plenty of people would rather not. That is what Ujiajiri is for.

What Ujiajiri is

A network of Kenyan freelancers I train and work alongside. They handle domain and DNS configuration, email authentication, websites, and the ordinary maintenance that keeps all three working. Every project routed to them is real paid experience for someone building a career in this.

That is also why I can vouch for the work: I taught the method, and I use the same one on this site.

What it will and will not do

Email authentication is a good example of the difference. Publishing a DMARC record takes minutes. Getting a domain safely to enforcement takes weeks, because every legitimate sender has to be found in the reports first — and going early blocks your own invoices. Ujiajiri will do the whole path with you, including the waiting. It will not publish a record, call it finished, and leave.

Two things you should know before you contact them

I own Ujiajiri, and I profit from work you send it. Nothing on this site is gated behind it, no result steers you toward it, and the free fix for every finding is always on the page. But the interest is real and you should weigh it. My commercial interests in full.

If your domain or hosting is with HOSTAFRICA, go to their support instead. I am Managing Director there, and Ujiajiri does not solicit HOSTAFRICA's customers. You are already paying for support that covers this; use it.
